Attendance

presymposium  

course  

requires  

an  

additional  

fee,  

which  

also  

includes

the lunch and coffee break (July 18).

The  

registration  

fee  

for  

Accompanying  

Person  

includes  

the  

following  

social  

activities:

on

on

and

Mount Teide on July 21.

All   

participants   

must   

always   

wear   

their   

identification   

badges   

to   

get   

admittance

scientific and social activities.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Participants must fill the following form to complete registration to the conference.

Students must submit a certificate to verify their student condition.

Invoice can be requested in the registration form.

It  

must  

be  

indicated  

in  

the  

registration  

form  

whether  

participants  

want  

to  

reserve  

any  

of

the hotels at special prices. Please, check the

Acommodation webpage

 for the details.

Please,   

provide   

an   

email   

address   

in   

the   

registration   

form   

that   

ensures   

proper

communication.  

After  

registration,  

the  

Technical  

Secretariat  

will  

contact  

you  

with  

the

information  

to  

proceed  

with  

the  

payment.  

All  

changes/cancellations  

must  

be  

notified  

by

email to the Technical Secretariat (

dailos@viaconte.com

).

A  

refund  

will  

be  

available  

if  

cancellation  

notice  

is  

received  

by  

1  

June  

2023,  

less  

an

administrative  

fee  

equal  

to  

20%  

of  

your  

registration  

fee.  

No  

refund  

will  

be  

available  

after

this date. Substitutions are accepted.
